Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services seeks a dependable Warehouse Forklift Associate for the Elkhart, IN location. This role supports receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory operations, operating forklifts and related equipment to move products safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, staging shipments, preparing orders, and performing basic data entry. The candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and material-handling equipment.
• Basic computer/scanner skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavier items with assistance or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, wrap, band, and prepare products for shipment.

• Work with drivers and carriers during the loading process.

• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed based on daily workload.
