Job summary

Mondelēz International in Milton, FL is hiring a Warehouse Foreman to lead daily warehouse activities, including unloading, stocking, picking, and shipping. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and efficient operations under the supervision of the foreman, with a focus on meeting production and delivery schedules.

The role requires familiarity with warehouse processes, SAP EWM, and the ability to operate or obtain licenses for material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Capable of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment with SAP EWM.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs./25 kg and operate common warehouse equipment.
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred.
• Possess or able to obtain licenses to operate equipment.
• Willingness to take on related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Participate in warehouse activities including unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety checks on equipment.
• Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks timely.
• Perform picking, palletizing, loading/unloading and inventory control.
• Record, report, and return defective items from deliveries.
