Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Knowledge of safety and quality requirements for safe operation of area.
• Knowledge of Google Suite.
• Operate a mechanical forklift.
• Operate all equipment in designated area of responsibility.
• Train others in proper equipment operation.
• Work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily work of material handlers.
• Promote safety and quality through leadership and coaching.
• Investigate inventory shortages and shipping delays.
• Coordinate with planners and other areas to prioritize objectives.
• Provide training on safety, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure timely communication of shipment status and handovers.
