Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience performing and coordinating warehouse, yard, or distribution operations.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification, if required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures.
• Knowledge of product characteristics, weights, and proper loading techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all incoming shipments and ensure merchandise is accurately counted, documented, unloaded, and stored.
• Coordinate receiving, stocking, inventory control, load building, and distribution activities to support efficiency.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees to achieve performance, safety, and service goals.
• Review sales invoices and coordinate the accurate assembly and loading of customer orders.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies.
