Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Wisconsin Rapids to oversee daily operations, balance workflow, and optimize dock performance.

You will coordinate with the dock team, monitor inbound/outbound activities, and ensure timely order processing while maintaining safety standards. The role requires basic PC skills, knowledge of warehouse systems, and the ability to train staff and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Must have basic PC software skills and be able to learn Americold systems.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to train users on relevant systems and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Allocate orders and release work to balance workflow on the warehouse floor.
• Resolve shortages and manage order cuts while communicating updates to customers.
• Prioritize tasks for Lift Truck Operators and Dock Supervisors to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure dock office uses inbound/outbound dock optimization for each receipt and order.
• Run labor reports and review with supervisors to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to update priorities and pick locations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs; troubleshoot system issues.
