Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is seeking a full-time on-site Warehouse Operations role in Lowell, AR. You will allocate orders, release work to the warehouse floor, balance workflow, and help ensure inbound/outbound truck turn times meet standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or minimum 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Proficiency with basic PC software and Americold systems required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to train users on relevant systems and troubleshoot system problems required.

Responsibilities

• Allocate orders and release work to the warehouse floor to balance workflow.
• Resolve order product shortages and manage order cuts while communicating updates to customers.
• Prioritize tasks for Lift Truck Operators and Dock Supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure dock office uses inbound/outbound dock optimization for each receipt and order.
• Run labor reports and review with Dock Supervisors and Office Manager to monitor performance.
• Review and update base priorities and pick locations in collaboration with Operations Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and safety programs and troubleshoot systems issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
