Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and supervise warehouse associates per shift, driving productivity, safety, and operational goals on the floor. You will walk the warehouse floor, coach employees in real time, monitor shipping/receiving, and leverage WMS data to improve performance and accountability.
The role requires hands-on leadership with the ability to resolve issues quickly, manage 10+ staff, and maintain focus on KPIs and continuous improvement in a high-volume
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams of 10+ in a fast-paced distribution/warehouse.
- Experience using WMS to drive performance and operational decisions.
- Proven ability to coach, manage performance, and handle difficult conversations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse associates on the floor to meet productivity and safety goals.
- Monitor shipping and receiving to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Use WMS and data to identify trends and drive accountability.
- Manage performance, coach, and conduct difficult conversations as needed.
- Troubleshoot conveyor/workflow issues and address equipment concerns.
- Track shift performance metrics and communicate results to leadership.
- Foster culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
