Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Dania Beach, FL. The role supports inventory control, team leadership, and safety compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The position is full-time, onsite, with a proposed hourly salary of $21.00–$25.00. Candidates should have forklift experience, WMS knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year minimum experience in distribution, manufacturing, or retail; or 5 years in lieu.
• 1 year forklift driving experience required.
• 2 years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Excellent PKMS/WMS knowledge including handheld/truck mount/desktop.
• Advanced MS Office Proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision making, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Run and scrub reports to maintain inventory flow for daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments via email or phone.
• Train, direct, and lead a team of associates to meet goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per OSHA requirements.
• Track productivity and coordinate team assignments to meet deadlines.
• Lead daily start-up meetings and communicate goals and achievements.
• Share information and suggest process improvements.
• Research and resolve issues and provide feedback on productivity and quality to team and manager.
• Assist Manager with planning and departmental standards and goals.
