Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Pelzer, SC manufacturing operation. This role provides hands-on leadership, oversees daily warehouse activity, and ensures safe, accurate, and timely material movement to support production and shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material movement, picking, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Experience working with ERP and/or warehouse management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop warehouse staff and drive safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for daily warehouse operations and assigned staff.
• Coordinate labor and resources across Production Picking, Ship Loose Picking, Receiving and Material Movement.
• Ensure material is picked, staged, issued and delivered on time to support production schedule.
• Establish daily priorities and align activities with production and shipment requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely system transactions; monitor discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Lead daily floor management, workload allocation, performance follow-up and escalation handling.
• Support cycle counting, inventory reconciliation and continuous improvement initiatives.
