Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, a national leader in fire protection and life safety services, seeks a Warehouse & Fleet Manager to oversee daily warehouse, fleet, and inventory operations to ensure materials, vehicles, and equipment are maintained and available to support field operations.

The role manages shipping/receiving, inventory counts, PPE distribution, and vehicle records, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Familiar with commercial construction sites; safety oriented.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Current driver’s license.
• Forklift Operator - triennial.
• First Aid/CPR - annual.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, staging, and delivery of materials for field operations.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, and proper storage of materials and records.
• Manage inventory, track incoming/outgoing materials, and coordinate annual counts.
• Oversee fleet vehicles, drivers, vehicle records, inspections, and readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle replacements, equipment installations, repairs, and fleet requests.
• Manage PPE and field-worker apparel purchasing and distribution.
• Coordinate disposal, transfer, and retention of admin records per procedures.
• Support events and other administrative/operational needs.
