Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Shop, Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator in Georgia to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, tool management, and fleet readiness. This independent role reports to Service Operations without direct reports.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through with minimal supervision while coordinating with Service Managers and Dispatch to maximize technician productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations or related roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with computers and barcode/QR tracking systems.
• Willingness to learn ServiceTrade and Workforce Go.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Pick, verify, and stage materials and tool kits for jobs.
• Track tools and equipment location and condition.
• Coordinate vehicle readiness, maintenance records, keys, and fleet documentation.
• Complete material pickups and deliveries and document activity.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse, shop, and yard.
