You’ll oversee our warehouse, vehicle fleet, equipment readiness, and facility upkeep—helping our crews get out the door safely, efficiently, and prepared for the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with others.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Comfort with calculations involving invoices, discounts, freight estimates, and percentages.
• Willingness to learn new software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, fleet, equipment readiness, and facility upkeep.
• Ensure crews are supplied and prepared to work safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized inventory and proper purchasing records.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust workflows to production needs.
• Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance and transportation of equipment to service providers.
