Job summary

SERVPRO Team Mongan is seeking a Warehouse & Fleet Manager to keep our operations organized and responsive. You will oversee warehouse, fleet, equipment readiness, and facility upkeep to support our crews in emergency response scenarios.

The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize competing needs. You will drive efficient workflows, safety adherence, and reliable logistics to help deliver rapid customer recovery services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, vehicle fleet, equipment readiness, and facility upkeep.
• Maintain organized warehouse with properly labeled products and inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels, usage, and purchasing records; ensure tools and supplies are ready.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, weekly vehicle checks, and prompt issue resolution (within 2 days).
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain safety supply inventory; communicate procedures.

SERVPRO Team Mongan is looking for a Warehouse & Fleet Manager who takes pride in keeping things organized, solving problems, and making sure teams have what they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee our warehouse, vehicle fleet, equipment readiness, and facility upkeep—helping our crews get out the door safely, efficiently, and prepared for the job.

Warehouse & Inventory

• Purchase, receive, organize, and distribute supplies and materials.


• Keep tools, equipment, and job supplies ready and available for crews.


• Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and maintain accurate purchasing records.


• Maintain an organized warehouse with properly labeled products.


• Operate a forklift and pallet jack and adjust warehouse workflows to meet production needs.

Fleet & Equipment

• Keep company vehicles safe, maintained, and available for all departments.


• Oversee weekly vehicle checks and coordinate prompt resolution of reported issues, with a goal of addressing and resolving issues within two days.


• Schedule preventive maintenance, oil changes, tire service, and repairs.


• Maintain vehicle service records, key logs, and vehicle assignments.


• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and transportation to service providers.


• Perform minor equipment repairs as needed.

Facilities & Safety

• Coordinate upkeep and preventive maintenance for buildings, grounds, parking areas, and trash collection areas.


• Oversee contracted building maintenance and routine tasks such as changing air filters.


• Maintain safety supply inventory, including respirators, N95 masks, protective suits, gloves, safety glasses, and safety vests.


• Ensure fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, safety signage, and other fire protection devices are maintained.


• Communicate company procedures, enforce safety requirements, and identify ways to improve efficiency.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• The ability to work independently, coordinate with others, and follow through on priorities.


• The ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.


• Comfort with calculations involving invoices, discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, and percentages.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus a willingness to learn new software.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position involving standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, and occasional ladder use. Duties include regularly lifting up to 20 pounds, occasionally lifting 30–50 pounds, and using pallet jacks and forklifts.
