SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Northern Virginia. The role involves managing our warehouse, equipment, supplies, and company vehicles with a hands-on, organized approach. Retired military personnel are encouraged to apply and you will support restoration crews on upcoming projects.

The position emphasizes reliability, organization, and basic mechanical skills, including light maintenance and vehicle support. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing basic maintenance.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory management is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Organize and track restoration equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Conduct regular supply and inventory counts.
• Receive, unload, organize, and distribute incoming materials and supplies.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for restoration crews and upcoming projects.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Monitor company vehicles for needed repairs or maintenance.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Keep warehouse inventory and equipment records updated.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Maintain accountability for company property, tools, and equipment.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
