Job summary

Eclipse Advantage is hiring for a warehouse associate to unload, sort, and ship freight in a fast-paced environment. You will operate material handling equipment, use RF scanners, and ensure accurate packing lists while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role offers 1st and 2nd shifts with competitive pay and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance plus a 401k matching program. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience with ride-on Electric Pallet Jack.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Certified electric pallet jack operator.
• Ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals.
• Excellent customer service.
• Overtime and weekend work during peak seasons.
• Ability to work in varied climate conditions including coolers/freezers.
• Reliable transportation and on-time arrival.
• Effective communication and safety shoes required.

Job Description

• Unloads and breaks down freight (eg. trucks, trailers, rail cars, etc)
• Sorts and organizes freight
• Operate various types of material handling equipment
• Sort, repack, and label freight
• Identify unusable pallets
• Basic ability to read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided)
• Remove items from sorting bins, scan and place onto conveyor belt
• Remove items from packing bins, scan items using RF Scanner for accuracy, produce packing list and bag items
• Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures. (eg. bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers, etc.)
• Maintains work area in a clean and hazard free condition

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Pay Scale: Based on productivity

Shift

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Job Requirements

• 6 months warehouse experience with ride on Electric Pallet Jack
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs
• Warehouse material handling equipment certification (ie electric pallet jack)
• Meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes are required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned
