Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership is seeking a Delivery Customer Representative to deliver products to customer accounts and maintain first-rate service. You will stock, rotate, and merchandise products to keep presentation fresh and ensure product quality.

This role requires safety compliance and strong communication with customers. Based in Lincoln, NE, the position involves operating a delivery truck, completing route documentation, and building lasting customer relationships while upholding LinPepCo's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL for designated routes and interstate operation.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Able to obtain pallet jack certification.
• Knowledge of merchandising practices.
• Proficient with tablets and related technology.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to following safety procedures.
• Meet productivity requirements.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery truck to transport products to customer accounts.
• Prepare and provide required documentation for deliveries and pickups.
• Reconcile route daily and submit DSD reports.
• Stack and place products per customer specs.
• Retrieve empty pallets and shells from backrooms.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and compliant with standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
