Job summary

Ulta Beauty Distribution Centers seek a Material Handler Equipment Operator to move product safely using powered equipment such as stand-up forklifts, order selectors, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. This role supports shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment, using RF scanners and conveyors while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a High school diploma or GED, be able to obtain equipment certification, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous relevant experience preferred; willingness to learn and be trained in equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operates powered industrial trucks (PIT) including forklifts, order selectors, dock stockers, and pallet jacks; certification on equipment as needed.
• Performs daily equipment checks before operation.
• Picks and packs orders; restocks picking bins based on system reports.
• Moves product to/from pallet racks using powered equipment and builds pallets for shipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and labels products as required.
• Maintains organized storage and adheres to safety and quality standards.
• Uses RF/hand scanners and conveyors to complete daily tasks; follows safety guidelines.
