Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Materials Handler Equipment Operator to safely move product in the distribution center using powered equipment and to support general warehouse tasks. You will work with RF scanners, conveyors, and pallet jacks, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and restocking while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Flexible schedule with mandatory overtime, training and certification provided, and a focus on teamwork and guest service in a fast-paced retail logistics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous relevant experience is preferred.
• Must complete training and obtain certification in assigned area, including specific equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• Operates powered industrial trucks (PIT), including fork trucks, order selectors, dock stockers, and powered pallet jacks; certifies on all equipment as needed.
• Performs daily checks on equipment prior to operating.
• Accurately picks and packs orders using established work practices.
• Restocks picking bins from reserve storage based on warehouse management system reporting.
• Uses RF scanners and conveyors to build pallets for shipment.
• Meets safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Adheres to Ulta Beauty policies and participates in teamwork.
