Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Material Handler Equipment Operator for our distribution center in Greer, SC. You will move goods using standup forklifts and other equipment, support shipping/receiving, and ensure accurate order fulfillment with RF scanners.

You will be trained and certified on assigned equipment. Strong teamwork, reliability, and basic math/PC skills are essential for safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must successfully complete training and obtain certification in assigned area, including specific equipment certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions in English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including mandatory overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, order selectors, dock stockers, pallet jacks) and certify as needed.
• Perform daily equipment checks before operation.
• Pick and pack orders accurately using established practices.
• Restock picking bins from reserve storage as reported by the system.
• Sort and receive merchandise; move products to/from pallet racks.
• Build pallets using conveyors; load/unload trucks securely.
• Follow safety, productivity and quality standards; adhere to policies.
