Job summary

Ulta Beauty Distribution Centers are seeking a Material Handler who will ship, receive, stock and fulfill orders using RF scanners, conveyors and sortation walls. The role covers positions such as repacker, order picker, packer and sorter across receiving, replenishment, ecommerce and shipping areas.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work independently or in a team. Overtime, safety compliance and accurate data entry with basic math are essential, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year or more related experience and/or training.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks and packs orders using established work practices.
• Restocks picking bins with product from reserve storage based on warehouse management system reporting.
• Accurately sorts, counts, and receives all merchandise.
• Moves product to and from pallet racks with pallet jacks.
• Works with conveyors to build pallets of cartons to ship out.
• Loads or unloads trucks, sorting and labeling product as needed.
• Organizes warehouse storage space effectively.
• Uses RF scanner/hand scanner to direct work (pick, pack, receive, move).
• Follows safety guidelines and maintains productivity and quality standards.
• Follows instructions quickly, safely, and accurately.
