Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Stockton, CA is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator for 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am).

You will operate stand-up forklifts and other MHE to pick and store products, following OSHA guidelines and Ferguson SOPs, and contribute to a fast-paced, safety‑driven team. The role offers pay at $24.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, plus monthly incentives and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial machinery per OSHA guidelines and Ferguson SOPs.
• Accurately pick and store products in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with associates and display teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• 3-5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for accurate and safe completion of picking and storage activities using powered industrial equipment, including order selectors, stand-up high lifts, reach trucks, or dock stockers
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Pay Range

• - Pay Range: - $15.00 - $30.25
• - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
