Ferguson Distribution Center in Front Royal, VA is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator for a 30-hour weekly schedule (Mon-Wed, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM) at $23.50/hour with benefits after 30 days. This on-site role offers a stable, three-day work week with no overtime expectations.

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Pay: $23.50/hour
• Hours: 30 hours/week - no mandatory overtime
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision & more (eligible after 30 days)
• Location: Ferguson Distribution Center, Front Royal, VA

• Operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to keep product moving safely and accurately through our facility. Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems, build pallets, maintain a clean workspace, and work alongside a solid team that takes pride in doing things right. No experience? We train the right people.

Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $26.17 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
