Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator in Stockton, CA for the 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am). You will operate powered industrial equipment, accurately pick or store products, and maintain inventory while adhering to OSHA and Ferguson safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Post-offer background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial machinery including stand-up forklifts per OSHA and Ferguson SOPs.
• Accurately pick or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with associates and demonstrate teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners.
• Follow all established SOPs for task areas.
• Sort, label, and store picked products safely.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
• Follow OSHA standards and company policies.

• Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• 3-5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for accurate and safe completion of picking and storage activities using powered industrial equipment, including order selectors, stand-up high lifts, reach trucks, or dock stockers
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

• Accurately sort, label, and store picked products safely in containers or on pallets
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Carry out all job responsibilities following OSHA standards and observe all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures established by the organization

Pay Range

$15.00 - $30.25

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
