Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for parcel processing with a mid-shift schedule (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday). No weekend work and paid training are offered, with room for growth across nationwide distribution centers.

You’ll pick, verify, and prepare orders for shipment, operate stand-up forklifts with training, and use scanners to ensure accuracy. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and more after 30 days.

What You'll Do

• Pick product to our specifications to reach our customers intact
• Verify product before shipping to ensure the right product is being shipped.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts (training provided) - Additional $1.00/hour for Equipment Operators!
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely.
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.

Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $27.50
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
