Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator for the First Shift Receiving team from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, in Stockton, CA. Overtime is required as scheduled.

The role uses powered industrial equipment to pick, receive, and store products, with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour plus monthly incentives up to $5.50 per direct labor hour. Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime.
• Aim to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for accurate picking and storing via powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks) per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick/receive products and store in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing tasks.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Use hand-held RF units/scanners; follow SOPs for task areas.
• Sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallets.
• Participate in associate meetings and report concerns to management.
• Perform all duties in line with OSHA standards and company policies.
