Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking Warehouse Equipment Operators for First Shift Receiving (7:00am–3:30pm), Monday–Friday in Stockton, CA. Overtime may be scheduled.

The role involves operating stand‑up forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks to process picking and storage tasks safely. The job offers a starting wage of $23.00 per hour plus monthly incentives up to $5.50 per direct labor hour and other benefits after 30 days, including health, dental, vision, 401K with match, and paid time

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime hours.
• 3-5 years’ material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Aim to excel in fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment, including stand‑up forklifts, order picker, and reach truck in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick/receive product quantities or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Complete tasks using hand‑held RF units / scanners.
• Follow all standard operating procedures for given task areas.
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet and put in rack locations.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and policies.

We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for First Shift Receiving team (7am - 3:30pm) Monday-Friday. Overtime required as scheduled.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $30.25

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
