Job summary

You must perform preventative maintenance, communicate professionally with stakeholders, and adhere to safety procedures while lifting up to 50 pounds and guiding junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• Forklift and material-handling equipment maintenance preferred.
• Experience with conveyors or automated equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and determine corrective actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess equipment issues, identify corrective action, and complete repairs.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Maintain pick carousels, conveyors, and related warehouse equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep.
• Communicate professionally with management, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians when requested by management.
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.
