Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Warehouse Driver to ensure materials are packed, loaded, and delivered safely to job sites. You will operate a forklift for loading, inspect vehicles, and maintain cleanliness of company vehicles, returning unused items to vendors when applicable.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to work with builders and clients. You will follow safety procedures, complete documentation, and perform additional field duties as

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers and the general public.
• Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates and co-workers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify, analyze, address and resolve problem areas, conflicts and issues; strong decision making skills.
• Organizational skills to ensure tracking systems are used to maintain information related to ordering and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are packed and loaded onto the vehicle for delivery.
• Load materials onto the vehicle with a forklift safely to prevent damage.
• Deliver materials, equipment and products to job sites as assigned.
• Inspect vehicles before each use.
• Maintain exterior and interior cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Return unused product to vendor for credit.
• Complete required documents and vehicle inspections, obtaining signatures as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and use proper safety equipment.
• Perform other field duties as assigned.

Summary

The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Driver is to ensure all the proper materials have been packed, loaded, and delivered safely.

Essential Functions

Ensure proper materials, items, and equipment have been packed and loaded onto the vehicle for delivery.

Properly load materials onto the vehicle with a forklift in a safe manner to insure they are not damaged during the loading, transport and unloading process.

Deliver all materials, equipment and products to job as assigned.

Inspect vehicles before each use.

Maintain exterior and interior cleanliness of Company vehicles.

Return unused product and materials from work sites(s) and return to vendor for credit on company account.

Retrieve original invoice from AP Technician and provide to vendor.

Complete all required documents, complete vehicle inspections, obtain signatures, and submit as required.

Practice proper safety protocols and utilize proper safety equipment.

Any other field duties as assigned.
