Job summary

McCarl's Inc. is seeking a Tooling & Warehouse associate to support projects by gathering tooling requests, delivering and returning tools, and maintaining the shop and equipment.

The role involves daily tool activities, truck loading/unloading, and coordination with the Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years warehouse experience, CDL driving (or willingness to obtain within 6 months), forklift familiarity, and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum CDL driving experience OR required to get CDL within first 6 months of hire
• Forklift experience preferred
• Knowledge of tooling, consumables and equipment associated with mechanical contracting – Experience with maintenance and / or calibration of tooling is a plus
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Good communication skills with willingness to have priorities changed at any time
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft office suite; experience with ERP software systems is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening

• Pick up / return tooling & equipment from job sites to shop
• Organize and clean up the shop and facilities on an ongoing basis
