Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop team members through regular communication, performance feedback, and succession planning.
• Monitor production schedules, inventory, budgets, and operational metrics, addressing issues and communicating updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and overall operations.
• Support hiring, employee relations, performance reviews, timekeeping, and other people-management responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and employment regulations.
• Perform other leadership duties as assigned.
