Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations in Indianapolis. You will supervise production and ensure quality goals are met while assembling industrial products and moving materials around the facility.

The role requires prior supervisory experience and 2–3 years in warehouse/industrial assembly. Forklift experience is preferred; read calipers/measuring scales as part of inspections and duties. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience.
• 2–3 years of warehouse and industrial assembly experience.
• Ability to read calipers, measuring scales and instructions.
• Ability to lift and move over 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience desired.
• Must be a team player and willing to learn and teach as required to get the job done.
• Must be attentive to detail and inspection of products.
• Must be dependable.
• Must have valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for ensuring production and quality goals are met efficiently.
• Assemble industrial products.
• Move, store and transfer materials, supplies and merchandise in and around the warehouse.
• Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations.
• Maintain warehouse in a clean and safe condition.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
