• Prepares associate evaluations and reports as required.
• Manages operational expenses and assists in annual budget preparation.
• Communicates policies, processes and corporate requirements to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Addresses and resolves customer issues and shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Maintains safety, documentation and compliance across the department.
