Yazaki North America seeks a Distribution Supervisor in Laredo, TX to direct daily DC operations, including parts control, warehousing, sequencing and inventory. You will coach staff, plan schedules, supervise reports, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strong leadership and communication are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of leadership experience, English proficiency, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Location: Laredo, TX 78045
This position is designed to give daily direction, provide feedback and coaching, and define departmental objectives in the following areas of a distribution center: parts control, warehousing, sequencing, repack, and inventory control. The Distribution Supervisor will also act as a communicator of processes, policies, and administrative issues. This position will also be tasked with providing an example for all associates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting continuous improvement.
Degree Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of leadership experience preferred.
Forklift Certification.
Preferred: 3+ years as a YNA Team Lead or 4+ years external supervisory experience preferably in a warehouse environment.
Both domestic and international travel could be required between Yazaki facilities and to customer and manufacturing sites.
English is required for all supervisors.
24/7 including weekends and holidays.
