Job summary

Welspun USA is seeking a Warehouse E-commerce Supervisor to oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment operations, including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory accuracy, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will manage warehouse staff, train and evaluate associates, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement during peak seasons while maintaining a safe, productive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 3-5 years warehouse/fulfillment experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily e-commerce fulfillment operations (B2C & B2B).
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shipping.
• Manage carrier pickups and SLA compliance.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Resolve order errors and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
