Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an on-site Warehouse Supervisor in Ohio to lead a 10–15 person team supporting middle-mile e-commerce operations. You will oversee daily floor activities, drive safety-first practices, and ensure timely handling of goods.

You will coach, mentor, and train associates while coordinating unloading of inbound trailers, sorting packages, and organizing freight for outbound pickup. The role emphasizes leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to one year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
