Job summary

MKS in Irvine, CA is seeking a Distribution Coordinator 2 to join our Receiving and Inventory Control team. You will unpack and check goods, report to the Supervisor of Receiving and Inventory Control, and assist with inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include examining, stocking, and distributing materials, preparing shipments, and possibly assembling kitting packages for production orders. This role requires initiative and good judgment in daily tasks.

• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary
• Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift
• Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped
• Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment
• Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers
