Job summary

MKS Instruments in Ward Hill, MA is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to partner with our warehouse team, handling shipping, receiving and material movement across production lines.

You will unpack and verify goods, maintain records, lift heavy items, and may operate a forklift while ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipments. The role includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in shipping, receiving and stores; reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• 1+ years of related warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of box truck driving experience.
• DOT Certification eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepare goods for final shipment.
• Examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.
