NAPA Auto Parts in Richmond, VA is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading tasks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate RF scanners, and maintain accurate inventory while adhering to safety policies. Starting hourly rate is $19.75, with pay progression to top of the range within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and push 300 pounds with aids.
• Basic math and ability to read alphanumeric sequences.
• Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload shipments and verify against manifest.
• Order picking: move products to shipping locations.
• Quality: ensure accuracy and report variances.
• Inventory: maintain records and stock rotation.
• Safety: keep area clean and follow safety programs.
• Performance: meet productivity standards and KPI tracking.
• Decision making: solve daily warehouse issues.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
