Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Lead for our Shipping and Receiving team at the Fort Worth, TX site. You will guide the department, prepare products for shipment, and ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include overseeing department functions, coaching staff, scheduling workflow, operating a stand-up forklift, and maintaining zero delinquency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• 2+ years of experience operating a forklift.
• 1+ years in a lead role.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing department functions under the supervisor.
• Training/coaching employees in the department.
• Transporting material in the shipping department.
• Picking and packing orders utilizing an RF scanner.
• Operating stand-up reach forklift.
• Ensure zero product delinquency.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Execute standard procedures.
• Scheduling workflow.
