Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee the warehouse team, monitor daily production performance, and ensure timely processing of orders. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment while implementing quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have five years of lead-level corrugated manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED with technical coursework, and forklift certification. HRMS and ISO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus college and/or appropriate technical courses.
• Five years’ experience as a Lead with corrugated manufacturing experience.
• College degree preferred; HRMS experience preferred; forklift certification required.
• Experience with HRMS, ISO, and continuous improvement methods including 5S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and all associated employees.
• Monitor production performance by running reports and plan next day orders.
• Identify staffing needs and train/re-train staff with feedback.
• Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels; communicate standards.
• Troubleshoot computer issues; ensure safe, high morale work environment.
• Keep management informed of issues affecting operations.
• Comply with policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
