Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a capable Lead, Warehouse to oversee the warehouse and all associated employees. You will monitor production performance with daily reports and prepare for the next day by evaluating outstanding orders and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus college/technical courses.
• Five years’ lead experience in corrugated manufacturing.
• Preferred: college degree and HRMS experience.
• Must maintain forklift certification.
• The following experience is required: Production reporting, RF scanning, order processing, ISO knowledge, workflow processes, 5S, recruiting and training, FIFO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and all employees.
• Monitor production performance by running reports.
• Evaluate outstanding orders for processing and identify staffing needs.
• Train, re-train and evaluate warehouse staff; provide feedback and motivation.
• Initiate programs to maintain quality, efficiencies and production levels.
• Assist in troubleshooting computer issues as they arise.
• Maintain safe work environment and high morale.
• Keep management informed of issues affecting operations.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
