Job summary

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to meet customer demand for accurate, on-time deliveries. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, and enforcing policies while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading large numbers of warehouse staff.
• Proven ability to train, motivate and resolve employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates in the warehouse/distribution center.
• Create and maintain schedules and job assignments.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation and adherence to procedures.
• Provide training and coaching as needed to the team.
