Job summary

Raymour and Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Duryea CSC-DURY area to support the full lifecycle of customer purchases, from entry to delivery. You will load/off-load trailers, bin furniture, and prep items for assembly while ensuring safety and efficiency on the warehouse floor.

The role requires lifting heavy items, operating or becoming certified on material handling equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment including order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture at heights of 30-40 feet on warehouse equipment.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and place furniture in bins throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare sofas and tables for assembly and assist customers as needed.
• Support the lifecycle of every customer's purchase from entry to delivery.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.

What we need from you:

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.
