Job summary

Lennox is seeking a distribution associate in Utah to handle receiving, packing, and shipping duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience, with forklift certification preferred. You will verify shipments, record transactions, and operate powered equipment, including forklifts, while working 7:30–4:30, Monday to Friday.

• Able to operate powered equipment such as a forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, verify items against the shipment record, and inspect condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and the chosen transportation method.
• Record received and shipped items according to established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation.
• 7:30 to 4:30pm work hours on M to F.

What Drives Success

This distribution associate performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

What We Offer

Compensation

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19 to 23.50hr. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
