Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Associate to review and distribute work orders and coordinate with the Shipping Supervisor to track progress and completion times.

You will dispatch tickets, maintain logs, assist with invoicing, dock work, and help Customer Service Technicians as needed. The position requires a HS diploma and 1+ year of shipping experience. This role offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for team growth within FOX Factory.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
• Invoicing process including, tripping, logging and ship confirm.
• Dock assistance; driving, wrapping, banding and tagging skids.
• Assist UPS; pull orders as needed.
• Pull Freight orders as needed.
• Assist Customer Service Technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Reviewing and distributing work orders to Shipping Floor conferring with Shipping Supervisor to determine progress of work and completion times.

Position Responsibilities

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Warehouse Environment Activity Constantly - 6+ hours: Stand, Walk, Twist/Turn, Stoop/Bend, Squat, Kneel Repetitively – 6 + hours: Lift to 75 lbs., team lift up to 110 lbs. Occasionally - 1 to 6 hrs.: Reach above shoulders. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
