Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Warehouse Shipping professional in Michigan to efficiently dispatch daily floor tickets and manage shipping operations. The role involves coordinating with the Shipping Supervisor, maintaining accurate logs, and supporting invoicing and freight activities to ensure on-time distribution of orders.

The candidate should have HS graduate or equivalent and at least 1 year in warehouse shipping, with ERP/Oracle experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of prior warehouse shipping experience preferred.
• Experience With An ERP System, Oracle Experience Preferred.
• Experience in shipping scheduling environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
• Invoicing process may include, tripping, logging and ship confirm.
• Dock assistance; driving, wrapping, banding and tagging skids.
• Assist UPS; pull orders as needed.
• Pull Freight orders as needed.
• Assist Customer Service Technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary

Reviewing and distributing work orders to Shipping Floor conferring with Shipping Supervisor to determine progress of work and completion times.

Position Responsibilities

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
• Invoicing process may include, tripping, logging and ship confirm.

Constantly - 6+ hours: Stand, Walk, Twist/Turn, Stoop/Bend, Squat, Kneel

Repetitively - 6 + hours: Lift to 75 lbs., team lift up to 110 lbs.

Occasionally - 1 to 6 hrs.: Reach above shoulders.
