Job summary

Fox Factory in Coldwater, Michigan is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for maintaining inventory and overseeing shipping operations. The role includes managing shipping functions, supervising staff, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions
• Schedule and supervise workforce to meet daily operational demands in production and shipping/warehouse environment
• Process improvement of all activities
• Researching and reconciling order discrepancies
• Supervision and training of employees
• Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff
• Annual performance reviews
• Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system or similar

Education

• High School graduate or equivalent required

Experience

• 3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment preferred
• 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, and truck freight preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing Shipping/Warehouse Environment
• Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
