Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to assist the receiving department with clerical tasks involved in material receiving. The role includes unpacking shipments, recording shortages, and coordinating with shippers to resolve issues.

Position Summary

Assists receiving department, performing clerical duties involved in the receiving of materials.

Position Responsibilities

• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Routes items to departments.
• Keeps records on incoming shipments and returns.
• Operates forklift or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
• May direct others in receiving incoming shipments.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift experience.

Position Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: No experience required, but 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Manufacturing environment. Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
