Job summary

SuViche Commissary in Miami, FL is hiring a Dishwasher for a warehouse environment. This full-time, on-site role supports the Heart of the House with dishwashing, keeping equipment clean, and maintaining a well-organized dishroom.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant experience and can work in hot, humid conditions for long shifts, standing for up to 10 hours, and lifting up to 60 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required.
• Able to work in hot, wet, humid environment.
• Physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
• Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• Able to lift bags, cases, and stacks up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep dish machine clean and report issues.
• Monitor water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain clean and organized dishroom.
• Ensure adequate levels of clean dishware for dining and kitchen.
• Assist in daily cleaning tasks and follow cleaning chart.
