About the Role:
As a Regional Warehouse Safety Manager, you will lead the safety and security strategy for multiple warehouses and or distribution sites within your assigned region. This role is responsible for implementing programs that reduce workplace injuries, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen the overall safety culture. You will partner closely with site leaders and the corporate safety team to identify risks, drive preventive measures, and serve as a key advisor and coach for local teams.
Location:Remote with travel. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Our selected internal or external candidate must live in the Chicago area.
Work Schedule:Monday -Friday 8AM-5PM, other hours based on business needs for emergencies and urgent items that need immediate attention
TravelSpecific:50% travel and subject to change based on business needs as we develop new startup locations across multiple states and 10+ site across the mid-west
